Roman also worked as an Analyst Consultant at OTR, focusing on the implementation of an automated system for the Federal Treasury from June 2011 to August 2012. Roman holds an Engineer's degree in Management and Computer Science in Technical Systems from the Serpukhov Military Institute, which was completed between June 1999 and July 2004.
