Since September 2007, Yuriy has held various leadership roles at Alfa Capital, including Member of the Board and First Deputy General Director, as well as overseeing HR and organizational development. Previously, from February 2004 to September 2007, Yuriy served as Head of Sales Methodology at Alfa-Bank. Yuriy holds a PhD from the State Tax Academy of the Russian Federation and has completed studies at the Moscow Institute of Entrepreneurship and Law.
