Albert Winter

Albert Winter has extensive work experience in various leadership positions. Albert began their career at Logica Sweden as a Software Developer in 2004. Albert then moved on to Labs 2 as a Systems Developer in 2006 before returning to Logica as a Team Leader/Solutions Architect.

In 2012, Winter joined CGI as the Director of Software Development, where they were responsible for the development of a payroll and HR system as well as managing the department and offshore resources in India. Albert later became the Head of Development at Alfa Kommun & Landsting AB in 2015, overseeing the development of internal and external products.

Winter returned to CGI in 2016 as the Director HRM Private IP, where they managed a payroll system for the private sector and implemented agile methodologies. Albert then transitioned to the role of Head of Technical Operations, responsible for SaaS deliveries and environments.

From 2019 to 2020, Winter worked at Alfa Kommun & Landsting AB as the Vice VD/Utvecklingschef before becoming CEO at Alfa eCare AB and Joliv AB in 2020. In these roles, they have demonstrated their leadership abilities and expertise in driving companies towards success.

Albert Winter attended Växjö University from 2002 to 2004 and completed a Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) degree in Computer Science. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2002, they studied at Luleå University of Technology, where they also pursued a Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) degree in Computer Science.
