Paula Fredh

Paula Fredh is a seasoned professional in product and business development, currently serving as Product Area Manager and previously as Product Owner and Software Development Manager at Alfa eCare AB since October 2021. Prior to this role, Paula worked at Emrahus AB from August 2017 to October 2021, focusing on LSS-home development, and held the position of Product Manager at Välfärdsteknik Sverige AB, where a key product, Boet, was developed. Paula's experience also includes project leadership in the academic sector, caregiving, and various roles in the hospitality industry. Paula holds a Bachelor’s degree in Built Environment from Malmö University, alongside additional qualifications in accessibility and design.
