Gillian Bray

Gillian Bray has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Gillian started as a Telesales Rep at Teletech in 1999 before moving to CHP Consulting in 2000, where they worked their way up from Receptionist to HR Officer. In 2006, Gillian joined Alfa Financial Software as the Head of HR, where they oversee all HR functions. Throughout their career, they have focused on areas such as graduate recruitment and building company brands.

Gillian Bray completed a BA Hons in Applied Social Studies and Behavioural Science at the University of the West of Scotland from 1994 to 1999. Gillian then obtained an MA in Human Resource Management from London Metropolitan University between 2002 and 2004.
