Leon Atkins

Leon Atkins is an experienced professional in the financial software sector, currently serving as the Head of Product (Commercial Finance) and Product Owner at Alfa Financial Software since September 2012. In this role, Leon manages the strategic direction and delivery of key investment initiatives within the product team. Previous positions at Alfa include Senior Project Manager, where Leon successfully upgraded a major UK equipment finance lessor to the latest version of Alfa and integrated new technologies, and Senior Consultant, acting as the lead functional architect for prominent implementations. Leon's early career involved various consulting roles where project management and technical expertise were pivotal in delivering high-performance asset finance software. Leon holds a PhD and a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Bristol.
