Anna Droben

Anna Droben currently serves as the Head of External Communication at Alfa Laval since September 2023. With extensive experience in communication roles, Anna has held multiple positions at Tetra Pak since August 2011, including Director of Internal Communications and Communications Business Partner, focusing on global internal communication for approximately 5,000 employees. Prior to this, Anna was the Director of Communications & Sustainability at KLS Ugglarps from August 2021 to September 2023. Additionally, positions include Communications Manager at Meandi AB, Information Manager at E.ON Värme Sverige AB, Communications Manager at ES ElektroSandberg, and Communications Manager at Sydkraft Bredband, demonstrating a strong foundation in developing both internal and external communication strategies and channels.
