Ashwini Bhagwat

Ashwini Bhagwat serves as a Product and Portfolio Manager for Food & Water at Alfa Laval since June 2018, overseeing a €50M global product portfolio while driving market research, product strategy, and cross-functional team leadership for innovative hardware and IoT solutions. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Process Engineer at Wood, where significant contributions to offshore and onshore oil and gas projects were made, along with recognition for safety diligence. With a background that includes project management roles and engineering positions at Aker Solutions and a previous tenure at Alfa Laval, Ashwini holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from UDCT, Mumbai, and a Master’s degree in Oil & Gas Engineering from Robert Gordon University. Achievements include the development of a long-term product roadmap focused on sustainability and being shortlisted for the ‘Young Chemical Engineer in Industry’ award from IChemE.
