Cristhian Camilo Peña Mejía

Cristhian Camilo Peña Mejía has a diverse work experience in the fields of sales engineering, process optimization, technology transfer, and quality assurance. Cristhian Camilo currently works as a CPO Sales Engineer at Alfa Laval, a position they began in August 2023. Prior to this, from June 2018 to August 2023, Cristhian worked as an Ingeniero Optimización De Procesos at Tecnintegral S.A.S, where they provided technical support and presented proposals to potential clients in the palm oil sector.

Before their role at Tecnintegral S.A.S, Cristhian worked at Corporación Centro de Investigación en Palma de Aceite, Cenipalma, from February 2014 to May 2018. Cristhian Camilo was involved in technology transfer and validation of research results, as well as implementing a methodology for measuring the industrial potential of oil. Additionally, they conducted energy efficiency diagnostics.

Furthermore, Cristhian has experience at Universidad Nacional de Colombia. From July 2012 to January 2013, they worked as an Asistente de Calidad, and from April 2012 to June 2012, they held the same position. Cristhian Camilo also worked as an Asistente de Investigación from August 2011 to February 2012.

Cristhian Camilo Peña Mejía earned a degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Colombia from 2005 to 2011.
