Dan Lim is currently the Director of Service Sales for the Energy Division in Southeast Asia at Alfa Laval, where they lead the after-sales service team and focus on profitable growth through strategic planning and execution. With a strong background in mechanical and industrial engineering, Dan has a proven history of enhancing business development, sales management, and team motivation across multiple countries. They previously held several positions within Alfa Laval, including Country Sales Director and Product Manager, contributing significantly to the growth of flow equipment and hygienic equipment businesses in Asia. Dan earned a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from The University of Queensland.
