Inger Lönegård

Inger Lönegård has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Their most recent role was as the VPHR Business Segment Pedestrian at ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems, starting in March 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Alfa Laval as the Vice President Human Resources Energy Division starting in January 2017. From January 2014 to December 2016, they held the position of Vice President HR Equipment Division and WENA at Alfa Laval Corporate AB. Before that, they served as an HR Business Partner at Alfa Laval Tumba AB from June 2013 to December 2013. In 2011 to 2013, they worked as the HR Manager for Alfa Laval SpA Italy, responsible for HR strategies and processes in the Adriatic and Italy. From 2004 to 2010, they were an HR Business Partner for Alfa Laval Group Staff, supporting various business functions. Prior to that, they worked at Samhall AB as the Manager CompetensCenter from February 2001 to February 2004. Lastly, they gained experience as a Project Manager for recruiting and executive search at Neprovente Int from 1989 to 1998.

Inger Lönegård attended Lund University from 1985 to 1990, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, sociology, labor law, and business administration.
