Oskar Bruce

Oskar Bruce has over two decades of experience in operations management, primarily at Alfa Laval, where tenure began in April 2002. Currently serving as VP Operations and Head of Operations Development & EFT Operations, Oskar has played a key role in the development of factories and supply chains, particularly in the Asia Pacific Region as the Director of Operations Development China. Earlier positions include Site and Factory Manager at Alfa Laval Eskilstuna and various operational development roles. Prior experience includes a consultancy role at IVF, focusing on the manufacturing industry. Oskar holds dual Master of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Manufacturing Systems from the Royal Institute of Technology, obtained between 1993 and 1998.
