Rasmus Juul Nielsen

Rasmus Juul Nielsen is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in international human resources management, currently serving as the Global HR Business Partner for Food Systems and Group Communication at Alfa Laval since June 2010. Responsible for approximately 550 employees across 10 global sites, Rasmus has previously held roles as HR Business Partner in Food and Life Science, and for multiple international locations across Europe, Asia, and South America. Prior to Alfa Laval, Rasmus worked as an HR Business Partner at Carlsberg Breweries and as an HR Consultant at Nykredit, focusing on recruitment and legal employee issues. Rasmus began a career in IT recruitment as a headhunter at Genio, after earning a Master's degree in Political Science from the University of Copenhagen.
