Roberto Vaccari is an accomplished engineering and project management professional with a robust background in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as the Engineering Manager and Thermal Processing Engineering Manager at Alfa Laval since September 2019, Roberto oversees industry-specific operations within the Business Unit for Prepared Food & Beverage Agro & Protein Systems. Previously, Roberto held the roles of Project Manager and Plant Manager at Granarolo from January 2010 to November 2022. Early in the career, Roberto provided consultancy services in the analysis and quantification of Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAHs) in bitumen and asphalt. Roberto holds a laurea quinquennale in Chimica Industriale from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
