Sebastian Ostrówka

Sebastian Ostrówka is an experienced Field Service Team Manager with a strong background in marine engineering and mechanical design. Currently at Alfa Laval since July 2020, Sebastian oversees the final phase of marine and offshore ballast water treatment system projects worldwide, ensuring correct installation and commissioning of equipment while leading diverse teams of fitters, mechanics, and welders. Prior to this role, Sebastian worked at Wärtsilä as a Field Service Engineer, focusing on various engine types in offshore environments. Additional experience includes serving as a Service Engineer at TPS and a Supervisor at Remontowa Shiprepair Yard S.A., where responsibilities encompassed preparation, optimization, and management of technical projects. Earlier career roles involved mechanic duties at GS-Hydro and serving as an Engine Cadet at RadøyGruppen. Sebastian holds an Engineer's degree from Gdynia Maritime University.
