Shrinivas Dusi

Shrinivas Dusi has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning across various companies and roles. Shrinivas is currently the Country Human Resources Manager/Vice President of Human Resources at Alfa Laval since March 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at India Glycols Limited, Delhi from October 2021 to March 2023.

Before that, Shrinivas worked at JCB India Ltd., where they held two significant positions. Shrinivas was the Human Resource Lead for Sales & Service Business and India Talent Acquisition Head from December 2019 to October 2021. Additionally, they served as the AGM - Human Resources for the Pune Manufacturing Unit from July 2017 to December 2019.

Earlier in their career, Shrinivas held the position of Head HR - Sandvik Mining and Rock Technology at Sandvik from August 2012 to July 2017. Shrinivas also worked as a Manager-Human Resources at Volkswagen India Private Limited from August 2011 to August 2012 and at Honeywell Safety from October 2008 to August 2011.

Shrinivas has experience as a Human Resource Business Partner at Sandvik Coromant from January 2007 to October 2008 and as a Human Resource professional at Gujarat Glass P Limited from April 2005 to December 2006.

Shrinivas began their professional journey as a student at IMDR from 2003 to 2005. Throughout their career, Shrinivas has showcased expertise in various areas of human resources, including leadership hiring, talent acquisition, change management, and people capability development.

Shrinivas Dusi completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics and Commerce at Pandit Ravishankar Shukla University from 1999 to 2002. Shrinivas then pursued a Post Graduate degree in Human Resource at the Institute of Management Development and Research from 2003 to 2005.
