Svetlana Tsaneva

Svetlana Tsaneva currently serves as the Cluster Marketing Communication Manager for Eastern Europe at Alfa Laval since April 2022, following a role as Marketing Manager for Southeastern Europe. Prior experience includes serving as Marketing Manager and Freelance Marketing Consultant at FitSpo, and holding the position of Customer Relationship Management Specialist at BMW Group, where responsibilities included leading CRM system implementation and customer experience management. Earlier roles include Junior Brand Manager at Prestige 96 AD, where Svetlana drove product development and marketing strategies, and financial positions at Mondelēz International. Svetlana holds an MBA from COTRUGLI Business School and has also participated in a student exchange program at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia. A Bachelor's degree in Management and Financial Control was obtained from “D. A. Tsenov Academy” of Economics.
