Mikayel Matsakyan

Mikayel Matsakyan is an experienced executive with a strong background in sales, customer care, and strategic development. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Alfa-Pharm since February 2016, Mikayel previously held various managerial roles at K Telecom CJSC, including Retail Development Unit Manager and Acting Head of Sales & Customer Care Department, where responsibilities included strategy formulation, retail management, and revenue analysis. Mikayel's earlier experience includes a role as Project Assistant at Fairbanks North Star Borough and multiple positions within K Telecom focused on project management and operational oversight. Academically, Mikayel holds a PhD in Finance from Armenian State University of Economics and has furthered studies in Finance and Economics at the University of Alaska Fairbanks and the Fletcher School-Business Program.
