Elsyafira Fikri has over seven years of experience in customer success and digital content management. Since July 2016, Elsyafira has been serving as a Customer Success Lead and Digital Content Specialist at Alfagift - Global Loyalty Indonesia, where responsibilities include managing the social media business of ALFAMART, creating effective content, and overseeing scheduling activities. Prior to this role, Elsyafira was an Education Counselor Staff at ISTB - Indonesia School Of Technology and Business from July 2013 to July 2016, assisting with education consultancy and presentations to high school students. Elsyafira holds a degree in Information Technology with a focus on Mobile Application Technology from Pradita University, completed in 2017, and attended SMAN 3 Tangerang from 2010 to 2013.
