Prasistyo Imam Utomo

Prasistyo Imam Utomo is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in product operations, engineering, and quality assurance across various companies in the telecommunications and IT sectors. Currently serving as a Product Operations Engineer at Global Loyalty Indonesia since June 2020, Prasistyo has previously held roles as a DevOps Engineer at PT FIRST WAP International and an RPA Engineer at KISEL. Responsibilities have included system management, application troubleshooting, quality and performance assurance for telecommunications networks, and implementation of automated reporting processes. Prasistyo holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology from Universitas Mercu Buana and is currently pursuing an Associate's Degree in Management Information Systems.
