Stefano Prandini

Stefano Prandini has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Stefano began their career in 1999 as a Technical Sales Manager at OILMEC GROUP, where they worked until 2007. From 2007 to 2009, they served as a Sales Manager at INTERMOT S.R.L., focusing on sales management and market growth.

In 2009, Prandini joined Brevini Fluid Power South East Asia Pte Ltd as an Area Sales Manager APAC, responsible for sales management in the Asia Pacific region. Stefano also took on additional responsibilities as the Director of a newly established subsidiary in Singapore from 2011 to 2013. Within the same company, they became the Managing Director in 2013, overseeing various functions such as manufacturing, logistics, engineering, product development, sales, and administration. Stefano achieved significant business growth in Southeast Asia, averaging around 30% year-on-year.

In 2017, Prandini moved to Dana Industrial - SAC S.EAISA as the Director of Sales and Marketing. Stefano played a key role in the merger between Power Transmission and Fluid Power divisions following the company's acquisition in 2017. Stefano led all sales, marketing, and business development activities in Southeast Asia and developed annual sales plans while reviewing quarterly performance.

Finally, in 2020, Prandini joined ALFAGOMMA Group as the Business Development Director.

Stefano Prandini completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from ESSEC Business School from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they attended ITIS GALILEI and obtained a Diploma in Electronics from 1992 to 1997. Between 1998 and 1999, they attended POST-DIPLOMA ITIS GALILEI for Engineering studies. Additionally, Stefano has obtained certifications in Tableau Desktop 1 Fundamentals from Tableau Software in 2020, Lean Six Sigma Foundations from LinkedIn in 2017, and Business Finance for Engineers from Nanyang Technological University in 2013.
