Mian Riaz

Mian Riaz has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries and roles. Mian started their career as an Internee-Apprentice Program at MCB Bank Limited, where they gained knowledge about core banking operations and prepared a comprehensive Business Study. Mian then worked as a Program Coordinator at IIUI, a public university in Islamabad, where they managed various programs and coordinated with academic and administrative employees.

Mian Riaz later joined Coca-Cola CCI as a Sales & Market Development Manager, responsible for achieving sales turnover, profitability, and market share targets. Mian then moved to Al-Futtaim, where they served as a Business Analyst, leading the Management Information Team to provide accurate information and recommendations to enhance business efficiencies. Mian was also a Credit Analyzer, responsible for monitoring credit accounts and recommending credit facility updates within the Group's Credit Policy.

In 2011, Mian Riaz joined ALFAHIM as a Management Consultant, assisting the CEO Automotive in providing innovative services and solutions. Mian then became a Country Manager, leading the Workshop Test Equipment (WTE) Division and achieving considerable market share. Currently, they are working as a Business Head, heading the Automotive Aftermarket businesses and implementing strategic roadmaps for various business units.

Throughout their career, Mian Riaz has achieved recognition and accomplishments, including winning the "BEST" award by BOSCH Middle East and North Africa and achieving the highest-ever score in the MENA "Service Quality Audit" for the WTE Workshop. Mian is skilled in financial analysis, business development, relationship management, and team leadership.

Mian Riaz completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the International Islamic University, Islamabad from 2006 to 2007. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce & Information Technology (B.Com IT) from GIFT University between 2003 and 2005. Additionally, they received a certification in Microsoft Excel Advanced from Microsoft in February 2012.
