Shaman abu Jamous

Shaman Abu Jamous is an experienced Automotive Service Advisor currently working at ALFAHIM for Jeep & Fiat UAE since September 2022, where responsibilities include organizing customer feedback and translating repair issues into standard terminology. Previously, Shaman held a similar role as a Certified Service Advisor at Central Trade and Auto for Toyota Jordan from July 2021 to September 2022, managing customer concerns and writing service orders.
