Shahid Ali

Shahid Ali is a Sr. Procurement Engineer at alfanar Construction since June 2015, responsible for the complete procurement cycle for materials, assets, and services for multiple projects, including the construction of five villages in Neom. Prior to this role, Shahid served as an Electrical Engineer at Al-Busaili Company, focusing on the installation of 13.8 KV SF6 switchgear and transformers offshore. Earlier experience includes positions at Al-Osais Inabensa Contracting Company, overseeing the construction of a new 380/132/13.8 KV substation for the Saudi Electricity Company, and serving as an Electrical Protection Engineer at WAPDA, where responsibilities included protecting power transformers and transmission lines. Initial experience at PTCL involved broadband installation and customer service. Shahid holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Peshawar, Pakistan.
