Layal Alsughayer

Layal Alsughayer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in employee relations and human resources. Currently serving as Employee Relations Manager and Professional Development Program Manager at alfanar since July 2021, Layal possesses a strong background in learning and development from a previous role as Learning & Development Manager and People Engagement Manager at Majid Al Futtaim from August 2018 to July 2021. Prior to that, roles included Human Resources Specialist and Marketing & PR Specialist at SmartMed Private Medical Services from December 2016 to July 2018, and Public Relations Officer at SaudiAlZheimer from April 2016 to December 2016.
