Lima Alqarfan

Lima Alqarfan, SHRM-CP, serves as the Professional Development Programs Manager at alfanar since January 2023, after progressing through roles including Professional Development Programs Supervisor and Learning And Development Specialist. Prior to alfanar, Lima held positions at ALJOMAIH BOTTLING PLANTS from December 2018 to December 2022, including Employee Services Supervisor and On-boarding Officer. Lima earned a Bachelor’s degree in Translation and Interpreting from Princess Nora University between 2013 and 2018.
