Qusai Ali Alhnaity

Qusai Ali Alhnaity is a skilled Senior CNC Programmer and Production Supervisor with extensive experience in advanced manufacturing environments in Jordan and Saudi Arabia. Currently employed at alfanar since April 2025, Qusai specializes in developing, optimizing, and managing CNC programs, effectively converting technical designs into precise machining paths while enhancing production workflows to ensure high-quality output. Previously, from October 2015 to June 2025, Qusai served as a Production Supervisor and CNC Programmer at PETRA Engineering Industries Co., where responsibilities included creating and optimizing CNC machine programs based on blueprints and technical drawings. Qusai holds a High School Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Al-Balqa Applied University (BAU), earned between 2013 and 2015.
