Cesar Cantero

Cesar Cantero has a diverse work experience in the beauty industry. Cesar started their career in 1995 as a Supervisor at Latina Cosmetica, where they worked until 2000. Cesar then moved on to become the Director Comercial at Cosmetica Rioplatense, where they developed and executed commercial strategies and budgets, and collaborated with the technical team on annual collections. From 2006 onwards, Cesar held multiple roles at ALFAPARF Milano, including CEO Costa Rica and Gerente Comercial. In these positions, they led sales teams, organized meetings, set promotional objectives, and coordinated with distributors and the technical department. In 2016, they joined Alfaparf Argentina as the Director General, where they continue to contribute their expertise.

Cesar Cantero attended the University of Buenos Aires from 1988 to 1991, where they obtained a Diplomatura en Gestion PYMES in the field of study at the Universidad de San Martin.
