Kristen Schindler

Kristen Schindler is a Project Manager at AlfaTech since November 2024, bringing a wealth of experience in architectural and project management roles. Previously, Kristen served as Senior Project Manager at kW Mission Critical Engineering, a member of WSP, and held multiple positions at Delos™ including Senior Director and Director, where responsibilities included coordination of construction processes and client presentations. Kristen's earlier roles include Architectural Designer/Project Manager at AZA design and internships at MTA Capital Construction and The Dietz Partnership. A graduate of Brown University with a Bachelor of Arts in Art Semiotics and a Master of Architecture from New Jersey Institute of Technology, Kristen also has a history of coaching and mentoring in youth softball, demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills.
