Eric Johnson

Eric Johnson, CSM has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Eric has held various roles in different companies, demonstrating their versatility and expertise. From 2004 to 2008, Eric worked as a Manager at Ciao Down Inc., managing operations in a restaurant setting and overseeing a team of 20-30 employees. In 2010, they joined Mutual of Omaha, starting as a Mail Room employee and eventually progressing to roles such as Associate Underwriter and Business System Analyst. Eric's responsibilities included overseeing project requests, facilitating requirements gathering, managing vendor relationships, and providing support to new hires. In 2017, they joined Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska as an Agile Project Manager before transitioning to the role of Senior Director of Operations at Alff Co in 2024. Overall, Eric's experience showcases their extensive knowledge in operations management, project management, and team leadership.

Eric Johnson, CSM received a Bachelors Degree in Business Management and Innovations in Entrepreneurship from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a High School Diploma from Millard North High School in 2004. In addition to their formal education, Eric Johnson achieved the CSM certification from Scrum Alliance in March 2017.
