Sophy Ding

Sophy Ding has extensive experience in talent acquisition and supply chain consulting. From 2020, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at ALFILO BRANDS, overseeing licensing programs in the Greater China and North American markets. From 2019 to 2020, they served as a Consultant in Supply Chain & Operations at Profile Search & Selection. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Consultant in Supply Chain at Legman HR Consulting from 2016 to 2018. Sophy began their career as a Consultant and later as an Associate Consultant at Experis-Manpower, where they handled key account management, recruitment, and client relationship management.

Sophy Ding obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Nanjing Normal University. Sophy attended the university from 2008 to 2012.
