Kate Roy

Kate Roy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sports administration and management. Currently serving as the Director of Healthy Living at Alfond Youth & Community Center since June 2022, Kate previously held the position of Associate Commissioner at North Atlantic Conference, where responsibilities included NCAA Division III conference administration. Prior roles include serving as Associate Athletic Director, Sport Management Faculty, and Title IX Coordinator at Lyndon State College and as Head Swim Coach, Aquatics Director, and Sport Management Faculty at the University of New England. Earlier in the career, Kate worked as Assistant Aquatics Director and Head Coach of Snapper Swim Club at Bard College at Simon's Rock. Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Virginia Tech and a Master of Science in Sport and Recreation Management from New England College.
