Alejandro Bernal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and management consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Management Consultant at ALFRA Lean Advisors since September 2020, Alejandro specializes in implementing the Toyota Management System methodology and creating business proposals. Prior to this role, Alejandro held various leadership positions at SEG Automotive, including Manufacturing Director and Director of Manufacturing Operations, where responsibilities encompassed establishing short- and long-term S&OP and financial indicators. Alejandro’s career at Bosch México spanned nearly two decades, where roles included Manufacturing Manager and Head of Manufacturing, focusing on production planning, lean manufacturing implementation, and launching new projects. Alejandro holds a Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Toluca and a Master's degree in Administration from Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Morelos.
