Gustavo Varela

Gustavo Varela has extensive experience in the fields of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Since March 2015, Gustavo Varela has served as Director de Consultoría en Lean y Six Sigma at ALFRA Lean Advisors. Prior to this role, Gustavo Varela was the Director de Mejora Continua at American Standard Brands from August 2014 to March 2015. Additionally, Gustavo Varela held the position of Master Black Belt at Daltile México - Mohawk Industries from February 2004 to March 2014, solidifying expertise in process improvement and operational excellence.
