Casey Malia Sledzinski

Casey Malia Sledzinski has extensive experience in human resources, working for various companies throughout their career. From 2020 onwards, they have been the Human Resources Director at Benesch, where they lead the HRIS team, manages compliance, immigration, and compensation activities, and collaborates on the future direction of the HR team. Prior to this, from 2014 to 2020, they worked at Transpo Group, starting as a Human Resources Manager and later becoming the Human Resources Director. In this role, they managed all aspects of HR for a staff of transportation engineers and planners, supporting their career development and fostering employee engagement.

Before joining Transpo Group, they worked at Philips as an Organization Development Consultant from 2001 to 2013, where they assisted in the development of leadership development programs. From 2000 to 2001, they worked at CapitalStream (acquired by Linedata Services SA) as a People & Programs Specialist, where they supported staffing initiatives and implemented various programs. Casey Malia'searly experience includes working as a Recruiting Researcher at Paladin Partners in 1999, where they organized the candidate database and sourced candidates for specific projects.

Casey Malia Sledzinski obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business between 1995 and 1999. They also obtained a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in 2021.
