Chad Bay

Chad Bay has extensive experience in marketing communications, currently serving as the Marketing Communications Manager at Benesch since September 2011, where responsibilities include overseeing communication efforts and collaborating across departments to create impactful marketing materials. Prior to this role, Chad held various positions at Compass Creative Dramatics, including Marketing Coordinator and Art Director/Freelancer, focusing on brand development and social media collateral. Additional experience includes serving as Lead Writing Tutor at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside, where Chad enhanced students' writing skills and developed training materials for tutors. Earlier roles involved administrative support and graphic design assistance at organizations such as the Wisconsin Assisted Living Association and Lawrence University. Chad earned a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside after attending Lawrence University.
