Gemma Duffield

Gemma Duffield currently serves as the Deputy Manager of Speech Pathology & Language Services at Alfred Health, a role commenced in February 2022, and also holds titles such as Team Lead of Language Services and Speech Pathology and AHA Education Lead. Prior to this position, Gemma was a Senior Speech Pathologist at Caulfield Hospital from December 2014 to January 2022 and worked briefly as Clinical Team Leader and Speech Pathologist at The Speech Tree in early 2020 before the role ceased due to COVID. Additional experience includes a Speech Pathologist position at St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne from October 2013 to September 2014, and serving as Acting Chief of Speech Pathology at The Victorian Rehabilitation Centre from December 2008 to December 2012. Gemma holds two Masters degrees in Public Health from Monash University, one focused on Research and the other on Public Health.
