Jeremy Millar

Jeremy Millar has extensive experience in the field of radiation oncology, currently serving as Research Director, Head of Brachytherapy, and Director of Radiation Oncology at Alfred Health since 1996. In addition to these roles, Jeremy holds positions as a Council Member in the Faculty of Radiation Oncology at The Royal Australian & New Zealand College of Radiologists since January 2019 and Chair at the Cancer Council of Victoria since October 2018. Jeremy's involvement with prominent organizations also includes Deputy Chairman and Non-Executive Director at Cancer Council Australia from May 2015 to March 2021, and Chair of the Clinical Network Executive Committee at Cancer Council Victoria from 2011 to May 2017. Previously, Jeremy served as Medical Director and Director at Southern Melbourne Integrated Cancer Service from 2006 to May 2008. Educational achievements include an MB, ChB in Medicine and a BMedSci in Biochemistry from the University of Otago, along with graduate certificates in Biostatistics and Health Economics from Monash University, and additional education at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and INSEAD.
