Lachlan MacBean

Lachlan MacBean is an experienced professional in health data analytics and performance management, currently serving as the Director of Data Analytic Services at Alfred Health since December 2019. Prior roles include Performance Analyst Manager and Program Delivery Lead at Lightfoot Solutions, where focus was on transitioning healthcare organizations to a flow-based management approach, as well as Director of Project Delivery at Lightfoot Solutions Group Limited.
