Matt Wells is an accomplished recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and workforce planning. Currently serving as Manager of Recruitment, Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning at Alfred Health since October 2021, Matt has previously held the position of Recruitment Manager at Camp Australia from October 2013 to May 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing recruitment processes. Earlier roles as a Recruitment Consultant at Global Attract and National Personnel Ltd focused on sectors such as Finance, Accounting, Banking, Human Resources, and Construction. Matt holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences (1st Class Honours) in Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biotechnology from The University of Waikato.
