Craig Clark has extensive experience in educational leadership and economic development, currently serving as Vice President of Economic Development at Alfred State since January 1990. In this role, Craig focuses on developing programs to attract and expand businesses in Allegany County and also holds the position of Executive Director for the Allegany County Industrial Development Agency. Previously, Craig served as Dean of Applied Technology and Executive Director of the Wellsville Campus, overseeing a $3 million budget and a staff of 65, and experienced three terms as Interim Vice President of Academic Affairs, managing over 250 faculty and staff across two campuses with a budget exceeding $14 million. Craig's academic background includes a PhD in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University and multiple degrees in Civil Engineering, including an MS and BS, demonstrating a strong foundation in engineering and construction management. Prior to Alfred State, Craig worked as General Manager and Materials Engineer at Al Rajehi Law Engineering, focusing on construction testing and inspection.
