Dustin Burch serves as an Adjunct Instructor for the police academy at Alfred State College since April 2019, contributing valuable expertise in law enforcement education. In addition to this role, Dustin Burch has been active as a Police Academy Advisory Board Member for PepperBall® since September 2020 and holds several key positions within the Cuba Police Department, including Chief of Police since August 2004, where responsibilities encompass comprehensive police services and community relations. As Accreditation Manager and a Domestic Violence Instructor, Dustin Burch focuses on accreditation and training in sensitive areas. Involvement with the Allegany County Traffic Safety Board, Environmental Strategies Board, and various law enforcement organizations illustrates a commitment to traffic safety and emergency response. Educational qualifications include training from the FBI National Academy and degrees in Police Science and Criminal Justice.
