John Williams

John Williams has extensive experience in academic leadership and mechanical engineering education. Currently serving as Dean of the School of Architecture, Management, and Engineering Technology at Alfred State College since August 2002, John also holds the position of Chair and Associate Professor of Mechanical Engineering Technology. Prior to this role, John was an Assistant Professor of Mechanical Engineering at Alfred University from January 1999 to August 2002. John’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science, Master of Science, and Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University, earned between 1987 and 1998.
