Jack Bannister

Jack Bannister is a legal professional with extensive experience in investment funds and corporate advisory. Currently serving as Legal Counsel at Algebris Investments since September 2023, Jack previously worked as an Associate at Kirkland & Ellis from November 2021 to August 2023, focusing on primary raisings and secondary transactions in investment funds. Prior to that role, Jack practiced as a Lawyer in corporate advisory, including M&A and investment funds, at Gilbert + Tobin from February 2020 to October 2021. Jack's career also includes positions as a Graduate at Gilbert + Tobin, an intern at Moelis Australia, and various roles as a paralegal and law clerk at Gilbert + Tobin and Williams + Hughes.
