Polina Hristova

Polina Hristova currently serves as CEO of Algebris Investments in Ireland since June 2022. Prior to this role, Polina held the positions of Assistant General Counsel and Legal Counsel at Algebris Investments from September 2016 to August 2021. Polina began their legal career at Simmons & Simmons as a Trainee Solicitor from August 2014 to August 2016, gaining experience in various sectors including Project Finance and Employment, and also completed a secondment with Capula Investment Management LLP. Polina's educational background includes a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from The London School of Economics and Political Science, an MBA in Legal Services from BPP University, and advanced studies in Environmental Law and ESG Investing from UCLA and the CFA Society United Kingdom, among others.
