Estelle Genissel

Estelle GENISSEL has extensive experience in managing facilities focused on the care of individuals with disabilities, currently serving as Directrice at ALGED since January 2017, overseeing a site with a Foyer d'Accueil Médicalisé (FAM) and a Foyer de vie, along with a temporary accommodation service. Prior roles include Directrice d'EHPAD with Ville de Lyon from July 2014 to December 2016 and Directrice du Pôle formations Supérieures at ARAFDES from October 2011 to July 2014, where responsibility included training engineering for various diplomas. Estelle began their career as Coordinatrice de développement social with Les petits frères des Pauvres from January 2006 to October 2011. Estelle holds a CAFDES/EHESP degree from ARAFDES (2008-2010) and a Master 2 in Sociologie du développement local from Université Lyon 2 (2006-2007).
