Colin van Noordt

Colin van Noordt is a researcher specializing in algorithms and cloud technologies at Algemene Rekenkamer since September 2023 and serves as a Special Guest Lecturer at KU Leuven since February 2025. Previously, Colin was the Programme Director for AI at Digital Nation from September 2022 to September 2023 and worked as an External Expert for the European Commission's AI Watch from October 2019 to October 2022, focusing on the impact of AI in public services. Colin also gained experience as a trainee at the Tallinn Digital Summit in 2019 and with the European Commission's Joint Research Centre in Sevilla, while conducting research on AI implementation in the public sector. Education includes a PhD in Public Administration from Tallinn University of Technology, along with multiple master's degrees in Public Sector Innovation and eGovernance from KU Leuven and other institutions.
