Andy Hill

Andy Hill is an accomplished professional in talent management with extensive experience in leading talent strategies across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Talent Management at Alghanim Industries since March 2025, Andy previously held significant roles at Philip Morris International, including Head of Talent, Workforce Planning and Career Management, where efforts focused on talent management and development programs for approximately 35,000 employees. Prior experience includes positions at Sage as Executive Vice President of Talent, at Schneider Electric as Head of Talent Integration, and at Invensys Plc as Vice President of Talent Management, where comprehensive strategies for workforce planning, learning, and diversity were developed. Andy holds a Certificate of Coaching from Henley Management College and a BA Hons in Geography from the University of Hull.
