Alghanim & Sons w.l.l in 2004, where they held various marketing roles, including Marketing Analyst, Marketing Executive, Assistant Customer Service Manager, Interaction Center Manager, Marketing Manager, and Senior Marketing Manager. Fatima N. then joined Fixly by Alghanim in 2019 as a Senior Sales & Marketing Manager, where they played a crucial role in rebranding and developing a growth strategy for the brand. Currently, they are the Human Resources Director at Alghanim Industries, where they collaborate with senior leaders to set goals and strategies related to recruiting and retention, implements HR policies and processes, and develops best practices for hiring and talent management.
