George Lambros

George first joined Alghanim Industries in 2009 as Corporate Controller and later transitioned to Chief Human Resources Officer. He has made significant contributions towards the organization’s corporate finance and controls functions, in addition to driving recruitment and engagement initiatives within HR.

Prior to rejoining Alghanim Industries, George spent several years leading and creating organizations involved in renewable energy and clean water, including serving as COO of World Water & Solar Technologies, co-founding and leading solar energy and water companies operating in Morocco and Kenya, and acting as Advisor and CFO for Ionic Water Technologies, based in New Jersey, USA. Earlier in his career, George had amassed decades of experience in leadership positions across Mexico and the USA at Ryder Systems, BAX Global and Tyco Fire & Security.

George holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting with the highest distinction and received his MBA with honors from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
